The first measures 2 inches by 1 inch. It depicts a "Commando" helicopter and the numbers 242 in green, on a black background.
This is an official release item and can be obtained with the "Moments In Budapest" DVD package combo.

The second patch is most likely a bootleg patch, as I can find no reference in any Transmission 242 or 242 Propaganda Unit catalogue. Nor have I seen them for sale at any 242 shows.
The Front 242 logo is actually screened in black on a red background. It measures approximately 3.5 inches by 1.875 inches.
Perhaps your gear/messenger bag/purse/jacket/etc. could use some 242 embroidered love?
